I'm not confusing the wraps, I Know the stealth paint protection gives a matte finish to the underlying paint color. So if you want to retain SSII and still have matte finish, you need the expel stealth wrap. That and you'll have issue matching the SSII color. Generally the darker the color the better it'll look, but still won't look 100% like a paint finish. If it's the latter, I have to say, i've seen my fair share of opaque matte wraps and they will never look 100% like a real matte paint finish. The alternative is a standard opaque matte wrap. (the photos i posted above all shows a panel that has the OEM finish and the stealth matte wrap on it.)
